If this doesn't make you SMILE, I don't know what will...

I thought this would be fun to share, maybe it will get you into the holiday SPIRIT!

Joe and I recently attempted to take holiday pictures of the doodles so we could put them on Christmas cards to send out. We found these hats at Target and thought...how could we go wrong??

I'm pretty sure after this attempt at our doggie pictures, nothing will be more difficult. Joe got the camera, we placed the dogs in front of the tree, I put Harley's hat AND beard on and by the time I got to Cali...Harley would have his ripped off. This caused me to get irritated and I started yelling at all 3 of them...yes, Joe too. (I don't know why, I guess I needed some help??) So, as you will see in most of the pictures, they look depressed, freaked out and NOT feeling the holiday spirit............UNTIL we got the beggin strips out! Thank God for those! Although, it was still really hard, they didn't sit in the right spots and kept moving. Pretty much we gave up and I'm not sure what our Christmas cards will look like....but these are ALL possibilities I guess :)

Harley, OVER the hat and beard...
Confusion, depression??? Not sure
This hat is not working for Cali, she looks like we should be celebrating Hanukkah.
OVER IT!
Pretty sure they were thinking..."just give up the treat already!"
NOT GOOD!
This was when we FIRST pulled the treats out! I was thinking SUCCESS!
Harley, No Cali
I really want the tree in the background...guess Joe didn't think it was important.
Again, no tree and Cali looks worried
Not sitting together, even though I kept moving.
Harley gave up and laid down
This might be a keeper...we will see!

About Me

My photo
Savannah, Georgia, United States
I am a proud Ohio girl who for the past 4 1/2 years has lived in Irvine, California with my husband and 2 goldendoodles. We recently made a move to the East Coast to Savannah, GA. We are in the process of making this feel like "home" All three of them are the loves of my life! Joe and I started our photography business right after we got married in April and have been loving it! We enjoy meeting new people, hearing their stories and going through their journey with them. Joe and I are excited for a bright future ahead and are enjoying every second of life! We miss our family and friends dearly and hope that by sharing our blog with them makes the distance between us seem a little less vast.
